The story began on an early spring day, when the project team received the mission to build the core banking server infrastructure for MSB, the operational backbone of the bank. With an immense workload, rigorous technical requirements, and an extremely tight schedule, the project posed an unprecedented challenge to the deployment team.

However, through unity and unwavering commitment to quality, TNTech’s project team successfully completed the entire server infrastructure, comprising 25 high-capacity Superdome servers and over 400 complex connections. Every component was meticulously executed with scientific precision, achieving a level of completion unprecedented in MSB's system deployment history.

Beyond the hardware layer, the software and middleware infrastructure including Oracle, JBoss, AMQ, NFS, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, which serve as the foundation for the Temenos Core Banking system, were deployed to the highest standards with the participation of top-tier experts from both TNTech and its external partners.

Exceeding expectations and fulfilling customer demands

The success of the project went far beyond simply beating the schedule; it was also reflected in TNTech’s agility to handle additional workloads outside the original contract scope. The team undertook a range of critical tasks, including T24 system architecture design, application performance tuning, specialized monitoring system design for Core Banking, and direct coordination to resolve application-level issues, all executed with outstanding responsibility and superior quality.

The client’s satisfaction serves as the clearest testament to the project’s success and provides momentum for TNTech to be continuously entrusted with future projects.

A Double Victory Against Seven Major Competitors

Building upon the Core Banking success, TNTech advanced into two new initiatives: virtualization infrastructure standardization and database infrastructure standardization for MSB. In fierce competition with seven other major contractors, TNTech delivered a surprising result by achieving top technical and financial scores, ultimately securing both projects through customer trust.

This phase proved even more intense, as the team had to simultaneously handle workloads spanning almost the entire production environment of MSB, including:

• Deploying a virtualization cluster with 28 blade servers

• Migrating 1,200 virtual servers across data centers
  
  

• Migrating 3 major Oracle databases, laying the foundation for comprehensive system standardization
  
  

• Refreshing disaster recovery (DR) infrastructure and performing full system migration

From the very onset, TNTech recognized this would be a high-speed race filled with obstacles: hardware shortages, delayed subcontractor schedules, and evolving design requirements from the client.

Nevertheless, with a flexible and adaptive approach, the project team swiftly collaborated with all stakeholders to resolve emerging issues. Design adjustments were promptly proposed and approved, and logistics were accelerated around the clock to meet delivery deadlines.
