Aiming to establish a comprehensive digital operating platform, the SAP S/4HANA implementation project was divided into five phases and integrated with eight additional software systems covering 93 distinct business processes. This was one of the largest-scale deployments within the ROX Group, requiring close coordination, deep technical expertise, and high flexibility to manage complex functional operations.

With extensive experience in IT and digital transformation for the real estate sector, TNTech was entrusted with overall project management. Beyond serving as the coordinator between ROX units and implementation partners, TNTech took on critical responsibilities in controlling business operations and managing internal processes throughout the entire deployment cycle.

Overcoming Complex Business Challenges

One of the greatest challenges TNTech faced was the operational differences between ROX Living and ROX iPark, spanning operational models, financial management, accounting, project execution, and asset management.

From the early stages, it was clear that this highly complex project would require consensus across multiple management levels and user groups. Disagreements over business requirements among stakeholders complicated the analysis and design phases. TNTech’s team conducted continuous workshops, analyzed current processes, and proposed suitable solutions to ensure project progress.

Beyond Implementation, TNTech Continues to Provide Operational Support

After the system officially went live, TNTech remained actively involved in supporting daily operations to ensure system stability. TNTech’s experts directly trained new staff at ROX Living and ROX iPark, assisted in report generation, user management, and maintenance of the technical infrastructure.

In particular, TNTech developed dedicated disaster recovery systems for both organizations to ensure uninterrupted business operations in the event of technical incidents. At the same time, TNTech continues to explore new approaches to optimize user experience on the SAP S/4HANA platform.
